A Swiss dental materials producer felt that speeches by a top global expert and KOL were lacking communication impact. The situation was delicate and political, and we worked with the professor face-to-face in his office in London, as well as online in flexible shorter sessions, looking at the classic techniques of speech writing and performance, for an upcoming conference in Shanghai. Drawing on examples in video clips of great speeches, and applying the tried-and-tested techniques employed by great orators, we prepared every aspect of a great conference speech: preparation, practice, polish and performance.
